LCSW Supervision in Texas
Build Confidence and Trauma-Informed Clinical Skills With Expert Supervision
Are you a LMSW seeking LCSW supervision in Texas to advance your career?
At Path Forward Support Services, I offer trauma-informed clinical supervision for LMSWs that supports both your clinical growth and personal development.
When you join my supervision program, you step into a safe, supportive group where you can grow as a clinician. You’ll sharpen your skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment while developing cultural and ethical competency.
You’ll actively engage with evidence-based modalities, including IFS, CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Practices, and Polyvagal Theory.
By the end of your supervision, you’ll feel fully prepared to take—and PASS—the LCSW exam.
What to Expect:
I offer online group supervision for LMSWs across Texas, making it easier for you to balance professional growth with your busy life.
LCSW supervision groups are held at various times throughout the month, giving you the flexibility to fit sessions into your schedule.
I keep my groups small, with no more than six participants, so you get the personalized attention and support you need. There are 2 group options to choose from: Meet for 2 hours twice a month, totaling 4 hours per month, OR meet weekly for 1 hour (this option is capped at 4 people per group). During each session, you’ll engage in case discussions, receive feedback from your peers and me, and explore essential topics required by the Board, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.
If you need individual supervision, I offer one-hour sessions as needed. Most supervisees complete the required 100 supervised hours through the group program.
Because we only meet for four hours a month, it’s impossible to cover everything within our live group sessions. That’s why I’ve created a members-only online learning portal exclusively for my supervisees.
This optional platform includes additional tools, recorded trainings, handouts, and case-based learning resources to help reinforce what we cover in group and give you extra support on your journey to clinical licensure. Whether you want to deepen your understanding of theory, build practical skills, or explore topics we don’t always have time to dive into during group — the portal is there to support your growth.
What Does Supervision Cost?
Finding the right clinical supervisor is an important decision — and supervision should feel supportive, flexible, and aligned with your goals.
I offer trauma-informed LCSW supervision in Texas with a tiered pricing structure to meet the needs of LMSWs seeking affordable group supervision, enhanced learning tools, or additional personalized guidance.
Supervision Options & Monthly Rates
Whether you’re looking to complete your hours in a small group setting, explore additional content between sessions, or want the opportunity for one-on-one support, you can choose the level of support that works best for you.
What Makes This Supervision Program Different?
While many supervision groups focus solely on monthly meetings, mine is designed to fully support your clinical development.
Supervisees in the Growth and Premium tiers receive access to an exclusive online learning portal. This members-only space includes:
Pre-recorded trainings
Downloadable tools, worksheets, and handouts you can use with clients
Clinical exercises and reflection prompts
Resources to reinforce what we cover in group
With only 4 hours of supervision a month, it’s impossible to cover everything — and this platform gives you a way to deepen your learning between sessions.
The members-only portal is a unique feature that sets this supervision program apart from many others in Texas.
